Course fees
- The course fees include: Assessment and progress
tests, registration, tuition, some teaching materials,
one course book for General and Business courses over
1 week, a certificate of study on successful completion,
some freetime activities, tea and coffee in the morning
break.
- The course fees do not include: Insurance,
bank charges, the costs for excursions and certain activities,
course books for 1 week courses and FCE, CAE & TAP
courses, writing materials or paper.
- Course prices do not include the cost of accommodation or airport transfer.
Lessons
- All lessons are 45 minutes
- Lessons are from Monday to Friday
- Students can start on any Monday. Students can start
on Tuesday, however, the Monday will not be made up or
refunded.
- Students will receive an assessment test.
- A minimum of 3 students required to offer a regular class of 30 or 20 lessons a week. When there are only 2 or less student/s enrolled, the student/s will receive 20 Private lessons per week instead of 30 or 15 Private lessons instead of 20. If there are only 2 or less students enrolled in 10 lessons out of the 30 lesson course, the student/s will have 20 group lessons + 5 private lessons per week. There will be no change in fees.
Holidays
- The school is not open on the following days:

- In weeks where there are public holidays, courses will be shorter. However, on the other 4 days,
the timetable will be extended by 30 minutes per day. - There is no reduction in the course fees where a course
includes a public holiday. One-to-one lessons will be
rearranged.
Registration
- To book a course please complete the online
registration form. Your booking will be acknowleged
within a few hours.
- To confirm your booking a deposit of 80 Euro (for courses
up to 200 Euro) or 150 Euro (for course/accommodation
over 200 Euro) is payable.
- The deposit and fees can be paid by credit card or
bank transfer.
- The balance of the fees is payable at the latest 2
weeks before the course start.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3% supplement charged by our bank.
- Fees sent by bank transfer should be sent all charges
paid.
- Due to visa problems registrations from Africa cannot
be processed.
Course and Accommodation Changes
- We require minimum 1 week's notice for changes to any
course booking or your accommodation booking (not including
cancellation).
- If accommodation is changed the school reserves the right to charge a supplement. This supplement may be up to the cost of 1 week of the original accommodation booked.
- While we make every effort to make the change you request,
we cannot guarantee changes requested.
- If we are unable to provide you with the accommodation
or airport transfer service or a reasonable alternative,
we will refund in full.
Cancellations- Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to
cancel. Cancellations must be in writing.
- There is a cancellation fee of Euro 150 for all cancellations.
- If you cancel in the week before your course 50% of
your course and accommodation fees will be refunded.
- There is no refund of course and accommodation fees
once the course has begun.
- There is no refund if a student misses lessons.
- We will refund payment if we need to cancel your course.
Accommodation- The Maltese system used for awarding stars for hotel and apartments may not be comparable with your country.
Insurance
- Students must have adequate travel and medical insurance
for Malta.
- Students are strongly advised to purchase adequate
insurance to cover all eventualities e.g. cancellation, theft or accidents.
"English only"
- In order to provide students with a complete English
immersion, we follow a strict English only policy in the
school.
Liability- All disputes are to be settled by Maltese law.
- We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or misadventure
you may suffer in the school, accommodation.
- Errors and omissions excluded.
